Bridgeway Healthcare and Hospice has been a partner of the We Honor Veterans Program since October 2016. This is a volunteer partnership between Bridgeway Hospice, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and the Veteran’s Administration. We provide bedside attention to the veterans as well as a special “pinning program” that recognizes our Veterans at End of Life.

Our goal is to provide the best possible care to all veterans with recognition of their service to our Nation. We are able to do this by providing specialized training to our staff and also honoring each and every one of our veterans in a special way.
