Rhonda-Shannon Hebert

Regional QAPI Coordinator

Shannon was born and raised in North Louisiana, moved to Baton Rouge when she was 18 years old. From there, she attended LSU and Baton Rouge General School of Nursing where she graduated in 1993 as a Registered Nurse. Currently, Shannon lives in Denham Springs as a proud mother to a beautiful daughter and 3 precious grandchildren.

She has been with Bridgeway since October 2013. Her path with Bridgeway began with her being a RN Case manager and thoroughly enjoying the closeness that she was blessed with to grow with her patients. With her being of assistance to the caregivers and the patience was their biggest time of need which was such a blessing. It really puts life into perspective! She says,  "Although I miss my loving with my patients and caregivers, I have discovered that I really love guiding my employees to excellence!! Knowing that with gentle nudges they will provide better care for the patients and better compliance with the necessary documentation."

From RN, she was then promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing. Now, she takes on the position of Regional Director of Quality Management. With this role, she is responsible for auditing documentation, accurate and detailed reporting of all actions of the agency and it's employees and their education and training.

"I love the awesome people I work with! The biggest hearts in town can be found right here at Bridgeway!! You have never met a more loving group of people – I am blessed to call them my Bridgeway Family! I wouldn't trade them for the world!"
