Rhonda was born and raised in the little town of Baldwin, La. where her Father was the Chief of Police for many years. For the past 20 years, she currently resides in New Iberia, La . She attended Nicholl's State University in Thibodeaux, La. and graduated in 1991 with a degree in the Science of Nursing. 

 Rhonda has been with Bridgeway since 3/21/22 and feel very blessed to be here with such an awesome entity. However, as a Director of Nursing for 29 years in several long-term care facilities, she has had the opportunity to work with members of the Bridgeway Family over the years. And, was blessed to recently become a member of this caring and compassionate team as one of the Assistant Directors of Nursing. 

 As Assistant Director of Nursing, she is responsible for the clinical performance of nurses and certified nursing assistants to facilitate effective, efficient patient care in conjunction with the Director of Nursing while maintaining appropriate quality control programs as well as clinical proficiency to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures.
