Dr. Maury Drummond was born and raised in Baton Rouge, a graduate of Baton Rouge High, Louisiana State University, as well as LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Drummond completed his residency at Earl K Long in Internal Medicine.
For the past twenty years, I have he has been with the Internal Medicine Clinic of Tangipahoa. He has a large practice that cares for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
He has a passion for hospice and palliative care and joined the
Bridgeway Hospice team as Medical Director in 2018.
He’s served as Chief of Staff at North Oaks Medical Center and is currently the Medical Director at Post Acute Hospital in Hammond.
He enjoys time with his wife and five sons. His hobbies include astrophotography, saltwater live coral reef tanks, and restoring old cars.
