Bridgeway Healthcare and Hospice understands the special relationships that exist between most patients and their physicians. Dr. Mendoza's role as Bridgeway’s Medical Director is to partner with the patient’s physician in an attempt to provide collaborative end-of-life care. The Bridgeway team welcomes involvement from those existing physician relationships and strives to maintain communication necessary to manage that care.
